The Emergency Medicine and Sports Medicine Society (EM | SM Society) is a professional organization dedicated to bringing together physicians who share a passion for both Emergency Medicine and Sports Medicine.

We believe that the intersection of these two specialties creates a unique opportunity for collaboration, education, and innovation. From the sideline to the emergency department, from acute injuries to long-term athletic health, physicians with expertise in both fields are uniquely positioned to care for active patients and athletes across the spectrum of injury and illness.

The EMSM Society provides a community where physicians can connect, collaborate, and learn from one another. Through educational programming, professional networking, shared resources, and our annual conference, we aim to advance the practice of both Emergency Medicine and Sports Medicine while strengthening the community of physicians who practice at their intersection.
